New locations of OHLA schools opening in Florida

The positive news of opening new campuses have been announced by OHLA English Schools. OHLA English schools are located in Florida (USA) with 7 campuses including the new ones. It was established in 1998 as Open Hearts Language Academy and is a member of EnglishUSA offering English language programmes including general English, academic English, exam preparation, online programmes and university pathways.

The new locations in Aventura, Tampa and Winter Garden are due to open in late June.

As reported in StudyTravel Magazine, Jenny Nieveen, Founder and President of OHLA Schools, said that all the campuses will reopen in June after a closure due to the Covid-19 pandemic with the staff members and teachers vaccinated in time for the reopening.

The campuses are going to be prepared to welcome students who usually come from over 70 different countries and are attracted to study in sunny Florida. The majority of students (38%) come from Brazil and Latin America.

The English language curriculum used by OHLA focuses on developing necessary linguistic skills in six major areas: reading, writing, listening, speaking, vocabulary and grammar and is delivered by experienced teachers.

The majority of students who attend the English language programmes with OHLA continue their studies at higher education institutions. OHLA has partnerships with state and private universities not only in Florida but in other US states which is a plus for students.

Partner universities include over 70 institutions some to mention such as Florida International University (FIU), Florida Institute of Technology (FIT), the University of South Florida (USF), Florida Atlantic University (FAU), Lynn University and Hillsborough Community College and others.
