Wimbledon School of English offers ‘English in France’ junior summer camp
Wimbledon School of English (WSE), a well established English language school based in the UK, has partnered with a France Langue language centre to offer international ‘English in France’ junior summer camp in summer 2021.
After exploring alternatives of providing the English courses in other locations than the UK, WSE decided to approach a french language provider for cooperation.

“When we started considering alternatives to UK based courses they seemed the natural partner for this exciting new international programme. With a combination of our mutual expertise in running summer camps, their knowledge of the French locations and our ‘more than English’ innovative courses taught by our great WSE teachers, we feel this will be an excellent option for summer 2021 and beyond.”
The camp is located in Biarritz on southwestern France’s Basque coast. The summer programme combines English and surfing or English and Sport & Outdoor Activities. It is available to students aged 14 – 17 and will run from 26th June – 14th August 2021. The programme is offered either with residential accommodation or as a day camp for families that would like to explore this destination as a part of their holiday.
The students choosing the English language programme will be sharing the international camps with other language learners. The lessons will be in separate language classes but they will join in for sports & activities which are going to be in English and French.
The lessons will help the students to improve all aspects of their English language skills. Students who opt for the camp with surfing must pass the swimming tests at the beginning of their stay.
The English summer camp in France is a great choice for students who cannot travel to the UK but still want to learn and improve their English and meet peers from other countries.
