Study Group’s new pathways programmes with Royal Holloway

Study Group, a global pathway provider, has been working with Royal Holloway since 2011 offering a range of pathways programmes to enable international students to gain access to degree-level study at the university. Throughout this time the partnership led into the introduction of International Year One programmes, online English summer courses, pre-course to the degrees and student support.

This fruitful partnership is going to continue as the institutions announced a 10-year renewal of its cooperation.

The news comes with a launch of a new pre-master’s intake from March with four new academic pathway options: Business and Management; Economics; Computer Science, Electronic Engineering and Information Security; and Social Science, Arts and Humanities. The students enrolling for pre-master’s courses will gain access to a broad spectrum of postgraduate degrees.

Study Group said that the programmes offered with Royal Holloway had proved to be a success as the students completing the International Foundation Year achieve higher average scores than those entering the university from other sources.

James Pitman, from Study Group, reported that the renewed contract with Royal Holloway is a result of the great partnership and the vision of being able to offer international students achieve their academic goals and progress in a diverse variety of disciplines. Additionally, the new innovative programmes should drive the new students to use the opportunity to study at one of the top UK educational institutions.

As 2020 has been a significant year for the educational sector it is important to nourish current partnerships and collaborate together on the development of new courses.

Study Group currently partners with 39 universities worldwide to offer academic and pathway programmes located in the UK, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and the USA.
